The earplugs are easy to use and work well for swimming, flying and reducing noise.

I have a snoring partner and got these from the raving reviews and thought these will be my lifer saver. How wrong was I, there was no difference when they were in, they were sticky and I could still hear the freight train next to me. Sadly won't be making further purchases

i couldnt tell any difference between having them in and not. possibly user error but i checked the instructions. may also be my ears - i can't use in-ear headphones at all
